Thomas F. Mattei is the Operations Manager for Avogadro Environmental Corporation. In this role he is responsible for assuring production of quality, cost-effective air testing services. He fulfills his responsibility through direct supervision of key company personnel, review of technical documents/procedures, interfacing with clients and project management. Mr. Mattei has over 20 years of experience in the air testing industry, which features both extensive fieldwork and extensive management responsibilities.
Mr. Mattei's industry familiarity includes chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, incineration, resource recovery and remediation. His method/technical familiarity includes: 40 CFR, SW846, Compliance Assurance Monitoring, Acid Rain, NOx budget, Superfund, California Air Resources Bureau, Boiler and Industrial Furnaces and Toxic Organics. Mr. Mattei has supervised compliance tests and CEM evaluations required by the USEPA and state agencies in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Mattei's formal training includes chemistry (AAS), OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER).
