EPA and state regulations for air emissions permitting can be overwhelming to keep up with especially as states develop air permitting programs that go beyond the federal requirements. Permitting for industrial sources under these programs are often very specific to particular industries and/or processes and vary by state. Clean Air Act permitting can include requirements under New Source Review (NSR) pre-construction and Title V operating permit programs. Recordkeeping and Reporting Services

Avogadro also provides a full line of expert air quality monitoring and testing services, uniquely allowing us to provide a single source for air quality management services to our clients. Our technical staff also has first-hand experience managing continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS) systems including specifications/startup, protocols and performance evaluations, system audits (CGA, RATA), data handling services, and emergency troubleshooting and repair. We provide reporting services for source testing, CEMS audits, and excess emissions and monitor performance reporting (EEMPR).

Our staff has extensive experience preparing a variety of emissions reporting including annual emissions statements in New Jersey using RADIUS, in Pennsylvania, and in Ohio using STARSHIP.  We also prepare Form F/TRI annual toxic inventories.
