Kelley L. Reinhard is an Environmental Scientist for Avogadro Environmental Corporation. In this role, Ms. Reinhard assists project managers in all aspects of field sampling and technical report preparation. Ms. Reinhard assists in performing 40 CFR 60 and 40 CFR 75 test methods as part of client diagnostic and compliance emission test programs. She is called upon to prepare protocols and test reports for stack sampling programs and CEM certification projects.
Ms. Reinhard performs gravimetric analyses in the Avogadro laboratory. She also performs analyses by Gas Chromatography both in the Avogadro laboratory and on-site.
Ms. Reinhard has participated in the development of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans; Storm Water Pollution Prevention (SWPP) Plans; and Hazardous Waste Preparedness, Prevention, and Contingency (PPC) Plans for industrial clients.
Her formal training includes environmental science, with a focus in resource conservation and chemistry. Ms. Reinhard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. She is currently trained in the OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER). She is also a currently certified USEPA Method 9 Visible Emissions Evaluator.
