Jesse Heffelfinger is an Air Quality Scientist for Avogadro Environmental Corporation. As a technician in the Testing Division, Mr Heffelfinger works as part of the various field teams, and utilizes SEPA test methods enumerated in 40 CFR 60 and 40 CFR 75 to complete client diagnostic and compliance emissions test programs.

In this role, he participates in field events involving sampling for particulate matter, PM 10, metals, hydrogen chloride, hexavalent chromium, ammonia, acetaldehyde, and VOC Mr Heffelfinger also ensures that quality samples and data are acquired from a job site in an unbiased and accurate manner. He also prepares packing lists, stages, cleans, and repairs equipment for upcoming test projects.

His formal training includes Technical Engineering, surveying and Computer Aided Drafting schools he attended in his career in the United States Army, along with a secondary MOS as a Combat Engineer, He has current registration in the OSHA 40- Hour Hazardous waste Operations and Emergency Response(HAZWOPER), Hazard Communications(HAZCOM), and the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils.
