This includes identifying information collection and analysis processes used throughout various manufacturing operations and developing electronic tools to facilitate information collection, analysis and reporting requirements. Avogadro staff has led implementation teams installing software/hardware, configuring data models, populating databases, and providing user training.

We have helped facilities interpret and adapt corporate procedures to procedures and work instructions that carry out the objectives handed down from corporate managers. These procedures and work instructions include the requisite elements and depth to satisfy management systems certification programs. Avogadro has extensive experience in developing and implementing OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) programs for compliance with OSHA standards and identifying areas of improvement and corrective measures to support Star and Merit level certification.

Avogadro has extensive experience in developing and implementing OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) compliance programs and conducting requisite audits at pulp mills, chemical plants, cold storage facilities, and water treatment plants.
