AVOGADRO provides comprehensive experience in developing and implementing EHS Auditing Programs including development of procedures for conducting audits and federal, state, and local protocols specific to the needs of individual operations including power plants, building products, integrated paper mills, chemical plants, and other industrial manufacturing operations. AVOGADRO's auditors have many years of experience conducting audits in a wide variety of industries and training internal auditors to keep programs moving forward.

Our EHS Risk Assessment offerings include a wide range of auditing services to review regulatory compliance, process and equipment performance, and personnel performance to help your organization understand the status of your total EHS program effectiveness.

Our experienced auditors provide professional care in conducting independent and credible assessments. This allows us to provide sound analysis of findings and root causes. We provide a wide range of data analysis support to include sampling and monitoring services to assess process impacts objectively.

We have conducted process performance and environmental compliance reviews in association with pollution prevention and hazardous waste minimization opportunity assessments including state mandated programs in New York, New Jersey, Georgia, and California along with federally mandated initiatives (Executive Order 13148) for Department of Defense sites.

We provide independent and credible assessments of impacts including: waste vendor surveillance and all appropriate inquiries for suppliers and customers along with potential acquisitions to allow our clients to fully understand the impact of EHS aspects of operations throughout the Supply Chain.

Recordkeeping and Reporting Services

EPA and state regulations for air emissions permitting can be overwhelming to keep up with especially as states develop air permitting programs that go beyond the federal requirements. Permitting for industrial sources under these programs are often very specific to particular industries and/or processes and vary by state. Clean Air Act permitting can include requirements under New Source Review (NSR) pre-construction and Title V operating permit programs. Avogadro's professional consultants provide nationwide experience in providing air quality permitting services.

Avogadro also provides a full line of expert air quality monitoring and testing services, uniquely allowing us to provide a single source for air quality management services to our clients. Our technical staff also has first-hand experience managing continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS) systems including specifications/startup, protocols and performance evaluations, system audits (CGA, RATA), data handling services, and emergency troubleshooting and repair. We provide reporting services for source testing, CEMS audits, and excess emissions and monitor performance reporting (EEMPR).

Our staff has extensive experience preparing a variety of emissions reporting including annual emissions statements in New Jersey using RADIUS, in Pennsylvania, and in Ohio using STARSHIP.  We also prepare Form F/TRI annual toxic inventories.
