EHS Compliance Services Project Manager

This is a seller-doer position and will require marketing and sales exposure, client development, and active participation in professional organizations at a local or national level.
Avogadro Environmental is seeking an energetic, self-starter to join our consulting division supporting client compliance programs. You must have 5 -15 years experience in preparing air quality permits (especially NJ and PA), negotiating with regulatory officials, and analyzing emissions data. You should also have 3 or more year’s experiences preparing spill prevention plans and procedures, and some past experience conducting environmental compliance audits. Experience with information systems and MSACCESS database development a desired plus.
Excellent writing and communication skills required. Must be able to handle multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines often times working independently. The position will involve travel to different client facilities (25%).
Salary is dependent on existing skills, ability to learn new skills and to apply them efficiently. We offer a very good compensation and benefits package with the potential to earn income beyond a base salary, not typically found elsewhere.

Entry Level Air Pollution Scientist/Chemist/Engineer
This position involves conducting air pollution monitoring and testing for industrial hygiene/indoor air, stationary source/CEM auditing and ambient air projects. This position also involves working with our engineering group providing permitting and compliance support to our industrial clients. After adequate training, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspect of the assigned programs.
A technical degree (such as environmental science, biology, chemistry), plus 0-5 years experience in conducting air pollution monitoring and testing or permit/compliance support is required for this position. Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting source testing, CEM auditing and/or industrial hygiene testing including experience in operating a mobile lab. Field work and travel are part of the job here.
Entry-level candidates will have a great opportunity to learn in a structured environment and should be prepared to offer references and transcript information. 3.0 or higher GPA preferred.

Entry Level Environmental Technician

The right individual for this position is looking to define their future and accept new challenges.
This position involves being part of a team that will conduct air pollution testing programs for stationary source and continuous emission monitor (CEM) auditing, industrial hygiene/in-door air and ambient air projects.
The ideal candidate is energetic, hard-working, willing to travel and who is comfortable working outdoors and in various industrial settings. A college degree is not required; however, high school diploma is required. Mechanical and/or electrical skills are a plus. Entry level individuals will be trained in all aspects of the technical requirements of the position.
